Nestled away in the heart of a small, rural town within a friendly community is Bennett Suites, a two-story duplex house that was built in 1955 by the Bishop-Tucker family. The house has been renovated to a cottage feel, in keeping with some of the original architectural elements. The modern amenities and comfortable accommodations appeal to visitors of Marion, a historic town of 3300 people.

Furniture throughout is designed and furnished by Nichols Design (cousin to Donna Bennett) of San Antonio, Texas. Custom drapery, pillows, and lamps are also compliments of Nichols Design. The Nichols passion pairs well with the Bennett vision and creates a calming color palette and French Country aesthetic.

The Bennett Munden ancestors are native to the area of Perry County. Donald and Donna retired to Marion in July 2012, renovated a farm house, and decided to create a place for tourists who come to visit the rich-in-history town, formerly known as Muckle Ridge of Marion and Perry County.
